Comprehensive chemical cleaning and system maintenance works were successfully carried out at the heating plant of VIP Alem Residences.

Within the scope of the project, scale, sediment, and process-related deposits formed in boilers, heat exchangers, and mechanical piping networks were removed through controlled chemical applications. The cleaning procedures improved heat transfer efficiency, reduced energy losses, and enhanced overall system performance. Following the process, appropriate protective chemicals were introduced to ensure long-term operational safety and reliability.

All works were planned and executed in accordance with technical standards while maintaining residents’ comfort and uninterrupted building operations.
