Comprehensive cleaning and performance optimization works were successfully carried out for the heat exchanger systems at Rakhat Sugar Factory in Almaty.

Within the scope of the project, scale, sugar-process-related deposits, and sediment formed on heat transfer surfaces were removed using controlled and safe methods. Detailed cleaning procedures were implemented to improve heat transfer efficiency. Following the cleaning process, appropriate protective measures were introduced to ensure long-term operational stability and reliability.

All works were planned and executed in compliance with production hygiene standards and technical safety procedures, maintaining uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
