Comprehensive pre-commissioning flushing, system cleaning, and protective chemical treatment works were successfully carried out for the heating and cooling systems at Talan Towers.

Within the scope of the project, scale, sediment, and process-related deposits formed in mechanical piping networks and equipment were removed using controlled methods. The flushing process improved internal flow quality, followed by the application of appropriate protective chemicals to ensure long-term efficiency, operational reliability, and system safety.

All procedures were carefully planned and executed in accordance with technical standards without disrupting building operations.
