Comprehensive chemical cleaning and system optimization works for the heating and cooling systems at Pladis Kazakhstan facilities were successfully carried out by our team.

Within the scope of the project, scale, sediment, and process-related deposits formed in mechanical piping networks, heat exchangers, and auxiliary equipment were removed through controlled chemical applications. The process aimed to enhance system efficiency, reduce energy losses, and extend equipment lifespan. Following the cleaning procedures, appropriate protective chemicals were introduced to ensure long-term operational reliability.

All works were planned and executed in accordance with international technical standards while maintaining uninterrupted production operations.
