Comprehensive chemical cleaning and performance optimization works were successfully carried out for the cooling systems at Hoffmann Aluminum Kazakhstan facilities.

Within the scope of the project, scale, sediment, and process-related deposits formed in mechanical piping networks and heat transfer equipment were removed through controlled chemical applications. The cleaning procedures enhanced system efficiency, reduced energy losses, and aimed to extend equipment lifespan. Following the process, appropriate protective chemicals were introduced to ensure long-term operational reliability and safety.

All works were carefully planned and executed in accordance with international technical standards while maintaining uninterrupted production operations.
